What's not included

Handled separately, and I'll help you navigate it.

Labs, imaging, and medications are billed separately, through your insurance or directly with the provider.

Specialist visits, hospital-based care, and emergency services are outside the scope of this practice — for emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Membership details

A few things worth knowing.

Month to month

There are no long-term contracts. Membership continues month to month.

Virtual-first

Most of what primary care does well doesn't require you to come in: managing conditions, answering questions, coordinating care. When it does, I'll come to you.

Medicare and Medicaid

This practice is not currently available to patients covered by Medicare or Medicaid.

This is an intentionally small practice.
