Questions worth answering.

No. Pawar Health is a direct-pay practice. You pay a flat monthly membership fee — no insurance billing, no co-pays, no per-visit charges (other than for home visits).
Most patients maintain insurance for services outside the practice — specialists, imaging, labs, hospitalizations, and emergency care. I'll help coordinate those when needed.

This practice works best for adults under 65 who want a direct, ongoing relationship with their physician — and are done with fragmented, rushed care.
It's a good fit if you want a physician who knows you, responds directly, and has the time to think through what's actually going on. If you're looking for the lowest-cost option or a practice that takes every insurance plan, this probably isn't it.
If you're not sure, the introductory conversation is the right place to start. There's no commitment involved.

This practice is built around a specific model — and part of respecting that model is being honest about where it has limits.
It's worth considering other options if you:
Need a physician who can manage controlled substances or complex medication regimens that require frequent in-person oversight.
Prefer a practice that bills your insurance directly and handles the administrative side of that relationship.
Would be better served by a team-based or clinic-based setting — particularly if your needs involve on-site procedures, in-office labs, or imaging.
Are covered by Medicare or Medicaid — see below for more detail.
None of this is a judgment about the complexity of your situation. Some needs are simply better matched to a different model. If you're not sure where you fall, the introductory conversation is the right place to figure that out — with no commitment on either side.

For visits, same or next-day availability in most cases. For messages, I respond personally — typically within one business day.
You're contacting me directly. Not a call center, not a portal, not a care team. Me.

I'll help coordinate the referral, provide context to the specialist, and help you understand what comes back. You won't be left to navigate that on your own.
Part of what this practice offers is continuity through the whole process — not just the handoff.

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Pawar Health is primary care — not emergency medicine.
For urgent but non-emergency situations, reach out directly. Same-day availability means most things that would otherwise send you to urgent care can be handled here instead.

Yes. As of January 1, 2026, DPC membership fees up to $150 per month are HSA-compatible for patients enrolled in a qualifying high-deductible health plan under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
At $150 per month, Pawar Health sits exactly at that threshold. Depending on your tax bracket, the effective cost after pre-tax dollars is typically $105 to $120 per month.
Confirm eligibility with your HSA plan administrator before enrolling.

Not at this time. As a physician who remains credentialed with both programs, I'm unable to charge separately for services they cover. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated.

There are no long-term contracts. Membership continues month to month and can be cancelled at any time.
